Elective Classes?

I am currently a junior in high school, taking:
1) APUSH
2) APES
3) AP Lang. & Comp
4) Physics
5) Trig/ Pre-Calc
6) Spanish II

When planning my senior year, I saw some different options that I had. I know that I definitely want to take 1) AP Gov/ Econ, 2) AP English Lit, 3) AP Calc A/B, 4) Spanish III.
My other two classes are my choice. The only real other AP class I could take at our school is AP Biology, although I'm not too into the subject. Would it hurt my application if I took an elective like, lets say, yearbook? What about taking a free period and only taking 5 classes my senior year?

Some more info:
1st Semester Junior Year GPA: 4.5
Cumulative GPA (so far): 4.1
Have tons of EC's, including being on the Varsity Tennis team since Freshman Year. I also spend 10+ Hours a month working with youth in the community, as well as a literacy course for young adults.
Goal Schools: UC Berkeley, Stanford, UC Davis

Any help is appreciated!
