<p>Child and roommates are under 21, renting off campus house. Am I correct in assuming that a parent [out of state] will have to arrange the service with Florida Power & Light? Any special requirements, other than using FPL website to sign up for start of service, with statement coming to a parent out of state? I cannot seem to get a live customer service agent on the phone to ask basic questions before signing up.</p>
