Ok…anyone have an email address for a letter to be sent to Budget Rental Car? I checked their website and all they seem to have is…phone numbers in their “contact us”. I want to send an email at least.
Check Elliott.org, they have a whole list of contact emails for different businesses.

I’ve discovered that messaging to corporations via Twitter has had good results in terms of response.

The important thing in these situations is to create a written record of your communication with the company, so that you’ll have evidence for the credit card should it become necessary to dispute the charges. Email is a great way to do that, better than phone calls or website chats.
I’m not really disputing the charges. Just pointing out that Fast Break wasn’t done for me…despite my reservation having this…
