Email, Mail, Online Decisions....which one is it?

<p>As of now, I am reading that the online decisions are facing a server problem. And the mail comes to me later on in the day. But what is this EMAIL business? Do colleges send you an email with the subject of "Congradulations!" etc....? When was this email expected to go out?</p>
