<p>I was trying to email ucla's undergraduate office today and after my first email ucla sent me an email back with a bunch info on it and said I should try to find the answer myself, none of it helped my question and on the bottom it said if my question isn't answered just email them with a specific title, so I emailed them again with a specific title and I got the same exact email again? will I hear a response when that happens?</p>
