Basically, I just made a college board account and ACT account and the username/UserID is really weird. Should I stress about changing it and will other people be able to see it (colleges)? Sorry I am really confused and kinda scared.

No one will see it.
Have you already used it for anything? If not, you can probably just ignore it and create a new one. Or at least give it a try and see if they match identifying information.
