Emory Admissions Regular Decision Fall 2022

4.6 W, 3.84 UW, compet high school, good essays, good LORs, good/ok ECs, top 20% (really closer to 11-15%)

Did you go test-optional?

yes

I think you have a good chance to be admitted, given that you’re being considered for a Spring admit.

i hope as well, but i don’t want to get my hopes up, i’ve considered emory a reach school throughout the process, but i would be over the moon if i got accepted, regardless of what admission method they use

Did anyone tried to create OPUS ID with email account. It might tells you whether you got accepted or rejected I think.

how does that work

both my checklists are gone

If you received your notification email, it provides link called OPUS for financial aid. If you try to create a network ID with your birth date and email account. It shows whether the information is valid or not.

Did you try it? What did it say?

I tried mine, but it shows invalid LOL. Well, I guess it is rejection. HAHA

Just curious whether my claim is true. Hope not

but it works for everyone? it’s where you keep count of your FA checklist no?

I’m getting an invalid as well, might not be an indication of acceptance though since the university might assign Network IDs after the official decisions are out.

wow congrats, you got accepted

no everyone can! i saw on the reddit thread some people complaining about the same issue and it’s been known that emory IT is bad

Did you already got accepted through ED? or did RD and you can get a username and pass?

I don’t think everyone can. I assume it only goes for admitted students and decide to enroll. Idk tbh

Nvm, I entered the wrong email ID, now I’m getting login credentials but it says “Student Applicant”.
