<p>It’s used for speakers and exams. It’s about every other week. Don’t worry about it.</p>
<p>That being said the title is very misleading. It is most definitely NOT free time. When you go to your engineering lectures and workshops the professors will point out when you need to report to “free time” and why. It won’t be every week but by all means don’t assume its nothing either.</p>
