Engineering?Physics Grad School

If i have a B.S. in Biology what do i need to do to get into an engineering grad school?
how about a physics grad program?

I think it depends on how many engineering/physics classes you’ve taken. I’m not really sure why, but I feel as though your chances might be better with physics than engineering.

Are you interested in doing something like biomedical engineering or biophysics? I’m just curious about why you want to do something different in grad school.

Well the biology major is because I would like to go to med school and don’t want to major in engineering or physics undergrad because i don’t want to risk the lower GPA, but once I’m in med school or rather out of med school i don’t need to worry about my GPA.
Engineering Grad school and physics grad school are more educational interests of mine not career goals.
And regarding the type, i would like to learn aeronautical or mechanical engineering ( i know they have many similarities) and if i when to a physics program then i would take physics classes that are the most closely related to AE and ME like dynamics, mechanics and thermodynamics.
