Engineering SAT 2 Physics

Hi everyone, current senior.

When I took the SAT subject tests in June, I figured everyone was taking math 2 and chem, so I did too.
Math 2 was a given, and then one science because I knew I wanted STEM. Since I felt I did bad on my Chem AP (AND I screwed up, didn’t do homework, and got a B in the class D: ) then I decided to take the Chem SAT II. (I didn’t study for the AP so I knew I could do better for the subject test and try to mitigate the damage of my laziness/stupidity).
I did good: 800s on both Math 2 and Chem (thank you Barron’s!), But during the summer, I realized that I’m interested in engineering.
Now I realize a Physics SAT would have been better for engineering. At places like Cornell and Duke where admit is by school, I wonder will that hurt me?
I took AP Physics 1 last year and AP 2 right now, but I did worse than expected and only pulled a 4 on the AP exam. Also I was planning to ask my Chem teacher for a rec, but irdk why everything is so chemistry-oriented… I’m not even good at chem!

Anyway, tl;dr is there a negative effect for taking SAT chem instead of physics?

Alright, thanks @10s4life I just got a bit concerned when I saw that Cornell’s website “recommended” the physics test for engineering.
