Enrollment deposit

Does anyone know if there is an enrolment deposit to be paid upon accepting the offer? All I see on the online site is the option to accept the offer.

Also - for fellow internationals - any idea where the I-20 request form should be addressed? (any specific department) or just simply Brown University in Providence RI

Actually - ignore the second question haha. I just read a little further into the I-20 request form.
