Envelopes for Teacher Recommendations - Mailing stickers problem?
So for the envelopes I have for teacher recommendations, i have the address written, but I want to put mailing stickers over all of them instead. however there will be a little bit of the original handwritten address sticking out. the mailing address is still perfectly readable and only some letters are out. is this ok, should i use white out, or does it not matter?

You will appear indecisive to colleges and will thus be doomed.

you could at least follow up a sarcastic comment with some helpful advice

Okay. Personally, I would leave it hand written, but that’s just my opinion on what looks better. Sticker with handwriting under doesn’t look great, but white out would look worse. However, no one will pay much attention to it anyway, so do what you feel is best.

If you are using the common app you won’t need the envelopes at all. The recommendations can be submitted electronically.

Why can’t you just put the sealed letters inside new envelopes and then attach the mailing stickers? You should 1st ask your teachers if they prefer the letters or the online submission option, as already mentioned by griffen.
