Environmental Science and Resource Management?

Hello everyone.
Here I am to ask the people of the board some questions.
I may not get many comments but I assure you, every comment that is typed will be thanked so many times.

So, I am a freshman attending University of Washington and I am in the environmental Science and Resource Management major. [ESRM]

As a first generation college student, I am often confused in how I should pursue things.

I like conservation and more importantly, I love animals. I have thought about doing the ESRM: Wildlife conservation but I fear of the job market. I have read other threads and people have had trouble in their majors.

What I'm asking is simply: What is the job market like for ESRM or something in wildlife conservation?

The future scares me to no end and hearing some words from my fellow students or current graduates would be greatly appreciated.

I will add more to the thread when I need to. Thank you to anyone who reads this.
