EOP binghamton and stony brook

<p>i am a junior in high school. it only live with my mom in my household but i have a sister in stony brook university right now. we make 25,000 dollars a year. i have a 85 GPA unweighted, and a 1000 Sat score(reading and math) and a 1500 regular score. what are my chances of being admitted to bing or stony brook with EOP? what do you suggest i do in order to qualify and get in to EOP?</p>
