Erasable Pen

Well, I took the AP Environmental test today and used an erasable, black, ballpoint pen on the FRQ (which asks for "black or blue ink"). After I started writing with it I noticed the ink was naturally a little light, so now I am worrying that my answers won't be readable if they are scanned in.
Does anybody know if the FRQ's on APES are scanned in or are sent to readers to grade, and if erasable ink will be "ok".

Thanks.

frq's are not scanned. They're graded by real people

I think he's wondering if they're scanned in from the book and then graded by real people. But I still think you're right and not scanned at all.

hmm..that'd be great...coz, if any FRQs r scanned, graders wouldn't be able to tell what I wrote! lol.

If the erasable pen is black or blue, it's fine.

God I hope so as I used an erasable pen too!

I don't think they're scanned as that would bring in so many issues in keeping track of student's essays... I think. I don't know. Now I'm nervous.

But, it looks just like a normal pen on mine so I don't see how it would hurt.
