Err. Half my grades missing on score report?!

Hey all,

I phoned collegeboard on the 29th and was able to find out my scores for all 6 of the AP exams I took. However, I just received the score report today and only 3/6 of my scores are listed. Could someone explain this?

Was there an error in processing the score report (since the scores were available on the 29th and the reports are only sent out on the 1st, meaning they had all my scores already and that this isn't an issue of tests that haven't yet been graded?)

Thanks.. :)

Did you take three of them late?

I just spoke to a very nice customer service person at CollegeBoard to find out why one of my son's scores was missing from the report he got in the mail yesterday. Was told that some of the tests are being graded later than others, and that when the grading is complete, they will send another score report that will include the scores from all of the tests taken.

Call CollegeBoard tollfree at (888) 225-5427 and wait for customer service if you want more specific information about your missing test scores.

Hm..thanks for the responses but I still haven't got a good answer.

The problem is that score reports are mailed on July 1st. I phoned on the 29th of June and was able to get ALL of my scores, even though one of them was late-testing (AP Comparative Government & Politics).

Thus, they already had all of my scores before July 1st (which is the day they mailed it out). So how is it that 3/6 of my scores are missing on my grades report?

What do you guys think? Should I give them a call? (I hate giving the acorn-group more of my money -.-)

It may have been printed/mailed before June 29.

Look on the top of your score report and see the date when it's printed. Mine was something like June 29ish. Although you phoned in, you may have been able to access your scores, but those scores didn't make it to the printed score report.

I was missing scores too on my score report and I spoke to their Customer Service rep (this year marks the year when I called CB the most - something like 4 times - just a note: guy representatives are better than female representatives...all the females (not to stereotype) reps seemed really mad or annoyed at their job or something). The Customer Service person said that if you were able to access your scores through Grades-by-Phone, then it means that they are into their database and they acknowledge that not all of the scores were printed when they made the "initial batch" of score reports. He said that if you are missing scores, another complete report will come later into the summer and it will also be sent to the college that you have indicated on your score report (if any).

Yup, don't worry too much about it. I called because I was paranoid about MIT not getting my English score, but this sort of stuff is quite common. I received FOUR different score reports from CB last year until I ended up with one that had ALL of my scores (this was already in the beginning of August). So yup, don't stress. =)

Was quite worried for a while haha.

Thanks Oasis =)
