<p>I’m not a 'net head, (and I’m not using a proxy), but this seems to be saying I can’t log in to the decision site from a computer other than the one that was used to set up the account. Is that right?</p>
<p>Maybe you logged in a second time on a different computer when the first session hasn't ended? Tickets are reissued everytime you log in, and each of these times you're using a new IP (assuming you're an ordinary net user, which means your IP is active and changing). In short, log out on every computer you're using and log in again on just one of them. Use that one until you're done and logged out. See if it works that way, g'luck:)</p>
