<p>wow, you guys really know your little phrases and transitions well (stuff like "de hoy adelante"). I live in arizona and they don't even teach us spanish that thoroughly. it's more like, here are the verbs, nouns, adjectives, and adverbs. everything that connects them is your responsibility.</p>
<p>i speak spanglish very well. except for i say "si, senor" to everyone, regardless of their gender. unfortunately, one time i said "si, senor" to my spanish teacher once. needless to say, she wasn't happy.</p>
