Essay Questions suck or what

<p>Is it just me or are the 3 personal "essay" questions dull? I'm just not sure how you can make your personality come alive by just explaining your talents or contributions. I guess their questions leave little room for creativity or maybe I just think it's hard to write about myself in a direct way. I thought that's what listing your accomplishments were for.</p>
