<p>I was wondering if it is acceptable to submit the same essay to two different schools. For example, many of the essays I am required to write for different schools seem to have the same topic, or are close enough that I'd much rather just tweak and submit the same essay, than have to write a new one.</p>

<p>Am I allowed to do this? I know the TSAO accept common recs, but not common applications. However, if they ask the same questions, can't I recycle my essay?</p>

I mean it's not like they swap notes - especially for me, applying to only Exeter and Andover, lol.</p>

<p>If you really want to attend boarding school, I would expand your list from only Exeter and Andover.....just my two cents for mmoynan.</p>
