<p>This is such a pointless thread, and I must agree with one of the posters above, "this discussion is ." Get whatever polo colors that you like. It would be totally lame to get the same colors everyone else is getting just so you can be the same as everybody else. <p>Pink polos are not gay. Guys that wear pink usually do get more girls. However, wearing pink tells people that you think that you're cool enough to wear pink. In my opinion, this a sign of disrespect, which is why although I know that I would look great in pink, I have avoided the color :) There is a similar problem with popped collars.</p>
<p>In general, the underlying statement of the pink shirt is something along the lines of, "The clothes make the man." Although personal style can be part of who you are, people understand that most pink wearers only do it because they saw it in an ad or at an Abercrombie store. Thus, wearing pink becomes an indicator of someone who is essentially tasteless :) But if this is true then why do college girls like guys in pink? Well, nobody ever said college girls have good taste ;)</p>
