european students

I'm from Amsterdam, Holland, and i will go to Stony Brook University in august. I just want to know what you like/dislike about europeans, and having a european roommate. (if you know something about dutch people, you can tell something about that)

metro-sexual

If you are a euro student, stick to the east coast.

the moderator must be super pssed with you, man, Paranoid!
posting innane & redundant stuffs all the time.

hahahaha...yes...he's is becoming quit a friend:p....i ot e-mails all day long. It's so different than the forums in Holland...it's like ****ing (woops, sorry) prison over here....all the gangsters come together talking about taliban:p (ok,this will be my last reply on college confidential:p)...no man..it's better this way...keep everything safe...you never know which weirdo will blow up a building right?...........but what why are dutch people metro sexuals you think untilted?.....and why do i have to stick to the east coast jimmy jones?

I love Europeans, whether western, eastern, Mediterranean, in between.

I love eurotrash and metrosexuals.

But then again, I pretty much think coming from anywhere overseas makes someone inherently cool.

Eurotrash.

what the bleep is eurotrash?:p...and how do you guys look at dutch people?

I believe Eurotrash to be Europeans who think they are better than other people because of where they live. But Im sure someone else has a different interpretation.

Dutch people? Whats their home country? Sweden? Norway? Dutchland? Im a quarter Swedish, so if Dutch people are from Sweden, I like Dutch people.

^ I hope you were kidding....

Im kidding about the "Dutchland" part, but I seriously dont kow where Dutch people are from. Isnt it just a region in like northeast Europe.

Are you kidding? People from the Netherlands are called Dutch, and the US has the largest population of Dutch outside the Netherlands. You know, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

tripperian35- Netherlands dude, grab a book or something. Seriously, it seems you are way to closed off from the world in nor-cal....anyways, dutchland sounds more like deutschland which is actually germany

"Are you kidding? People from the Netherlands are called Dutch, and the US has the largest population of Dutch outside the Netherlands. You know, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc."

Why the **** would I know this? Or even care to know this? Netherlands isnt even a country, its just a region right?

^Why should you know this? Because you're part of the world, and unless you enjoy being a simpleton I'd say pick up a book at avoid sounding like a retard every time you open your mouth. I'd advise to simply keep your mouth shut but seeing as you don't even know the origins of Dutch people I doubt your ignorance would even allow you to perform such a simple task. You should care, if not because its common knowledge, at least to avoid public ridicule...There is one thign that really ****es me off: ignorance and blatant arrogance, and you seem remarkably skilled at displaing both.

megaman...thank you so much for defending my COUNTRY (not region stupid ******* of a tripperian) The Dutch were the most powerful people in the golden century, without the dutch.there was no New York, but read a childrens history book first

Yes, the netherlands is a country. You know, used to be called Holland? And they speak Dutch? Anyway, irrelevant.

Not many europeans go to my school that I know of, but I'm originally English and most people find it cute. Usually if anything you'll always have something to talk about, since you can talk about living overseas and how different it is here. I think that's a good thing, so I wouldn't worry about it at all. You'll have a fine time, european or not.

tripperian, it's people like you that give Americans a bad name!

"Dutch people? Whats their home country? Sweden? Norway? Dutchland? Im a quarter Swedish, so if Dutch people are from Sweden, I like Dutch people."

how'd you get in Texas with this? ;)

i think he might be being sarcastic tho.

I thought Texas was the only other country besides the US?
