European Universities for Msc Finance, Ranking correct?

Are the following rankings of Tiers on an International scale correct? What needs to be changed? Did I forget something somewhere?

Thank you :)

Tier 1:
HEC Lausanne
HEC Paris
LSE
Oxford
Cambridge
Warwick
Imperial
Rotman Toronto (one exception, Canadian)
Bocconi
HSG

Tier 2:
IE Madrid
RSM
WHU
SSE
LBS

Tier 3:
Maastricht
WU Vienna
EBS
Frankfurt
Mannheim
EDHC
Copenhagen

Surprised that you put HEC Lausanne ahead of HEC Paris, and Bocconi in the top group. Have you seen the FT ranking list? http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-finance-pre-experience-2013

the ranking inbetween the tiers has no particular order. I read somewhere that you couldnt rely on the FT Rankings in regards to finance, although it would make sense to consider it since FT Rankings also take international recognition into account, right?

Also, I dont see LSE in the Rankings in the link u just posted… weird?

…I noticed that- Cambridge isn’t there either. V weird!

tbh, FT rankings probably matter more b/c it is the FT than anything else. There’s also this list:

<a href=“QS World University Rankings for Accounting and Finance 2014 | Top Universities”>QS World University Rankings for Accounting and Finance 2014 | Top Universities;

They put accounting & finance together, and it isn’t specifically for Master’s.

To me (fwiw, which isn’t much), in the EU it’s LSE, Oxbridge, Insead, maybe Warwick and everybody else. Still would not put Bocconi in the top group. And, except for these, I would go to the US.

Bocconi is a top tier institution and is well regarded by bbs in London. Don’t only go by the ft rankings but they are the most legit ones out there (btw in the 2014 rankings it has been ranked higher than mit sloan and is just below oxford).collegemom isn’t informed about the fact that Cambridge judge offers a post experience program in finance, how in the world can she dole out advice on a field she has no knowledge about. .
