Exactly who should I contact (waitlist)?

I am on Harvard's waitlist (along with MIT's and CalTech's). I want to know who I should directly send my updates to? Should I send it to the admissions office, or should I establish a contact with my regional admissions officer? I was thinking of sending my first update to the admissions office, and asking in the letter if I should stay in contact with someone specifically. I'm assuming the same would apply to my other two waitlist schools. I did have a second interview, so I have the contact information for my regional admissions officer, but I am not sure if it would be appropriate to contact her directly at first without being formally directed to her as my contact while on the waitlist.

For the second interview, did they contact you or did you request for one?

Contact your regional admissions officer, tell her you still want Harvard, and ask her what you can do to strengthen your case.

I was contacted by my regional rep for a second interview. So sending the updates directly to her would be best?
