<p>Does anyone know what the pay grade system is? Is anyone working there that knows what their grade is (and approximate salary)? Are they highly competitive, salary-wise? </p>
<p>I know what their graduate student stipend is because I am hoping to apply this year but I am looking to work there or in the area in the mean time!</p>
