Nope. There is a clearing house and the colleges check.
If you are talking about academic renewal, you have to talk to the college that granted the credits. Rules vary by college.
This student thinks he can apply as an incoming freshman when, in fact, he has co pelted a couple of years of college.
Oh…and he is an international student who thinks it is OK to be dishonest, And apply as a new freshman to gain financial aid.
It’s not OK to dishonestly apply to colleges. Transcripts fro all previously attended colleges are required. No exceptions.

Why would you think that? Try searching “lying on application” on these forums and you’ll get >5,000 threads dealing with that topic. I’m fairly certain the majority of posters on those threads counseled against it.
