@doglover2001 That is great for your daughter. My S19 (not 17 as I mistakenly wrote in an earlier post), also received 22K in merit and that makes Tulane less expensive than the other private university he is considering. With the merit award, Tulane is more costly than 2 public universities to which he was accepted.
$22 or 23k merit is awesome! I wonder if NPC is more accurate for need-based than merit? We’ve been in both boats applying for 2 different kids 4 years apart - requiring merit as full pay and requiring need-based because of changed financial situation. Congrats to your son @firstwavemom!
