IT OUT!

EXPERIMENTALS ... go check!

http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/after/highlights.html

sick...but i forget what was on section 6 of math. freshen my mind? was it the trapezoid and cards or not?

i'm surprised so few members are responding to this.

indeed
10 chars

Damn it! I cannot remember my exact layout to save my life, ugh! I do know I Math was my experimental, the only question now is which one. If anyone figures it out, please let me know!

there's basically three forms- depending on which section happened to be your experimental. therefore, if you are sure math was your experimental section, the first sequence listed would have been your test.

yeah i remember because i was pretty ****ed that i didnt have math till the 4th section :)
So anyone remember the questions on part 6 lol

I had the second one.

Why do the pink tests not have equating sections? Who takes those?

So if math was our experimental, which math section was the experimental one? The one with the cocentric circles?

I had four reading sections... all of those show math experimentals.... where are the reading ones?

never mind i get it :p

what was setino 7 of the one where it started

essay
reading

etc..

was that the passage with the boy running away?

What is the point of equating/experimental sections by the way?

will someone please just remind us of a few questions from math experimental (section 6)?!! I know there are so many individuals here with a brilliant photographic memory.

was the dice question on section 6?

I had the first one listed on the site i think. I didn't have the socrates passage. I think someone on a topic here mentioned that the culture of the carribean passage was EX

Yeah, it was the section with the dice question as #19. You had to figure out the probability of rolling two faces with common factors greater than 1, something I really, really, really had no clue how to do, and thus the fact that this isn't actually a scored section makes me very happy. If I remember right, the question after the dice one had an irregular quadrilateral with diagonals given; you had to figure out the figure's area.

Does anyone know what College Board means by 'equating'? Are they talking about the fact it's a math section, or is it diagnostic-speak of some sort?

its math. do u remember that # question where u needed to find the greatest prime factors of the numbers and then multiply. was that also in experimental??

surfed, i remember the question but i have no idea if it was exp.

that def was experimental b/c i didnt have either of those questions. i took the black and white version and my section 6 had different questions, if thats possible??

Haha haithman, same here. I was like "OMG IS MATH EVEN IN MY TEST BOOKLET??!?!??!"

Then finally I got a math section to ease up my brain from the dreaded CR.

[edit]
I had the first test listed on there.. but I do not recall ever doing any dice or prime number questions..
