<p>guys, the login isn’t working. my friend who got into UCLA, got into UCB and Regents nominee, and got Deans scholarship from NYU can’t login. He’s got a 2350 SAT and 4.2 GPA. I doubt he wouldn’t be accepted.</p>
<p>Another note for sydney: I know you were told when you called admissions the other day that you would find out with the freshmen - and that may be so - but I don’t recall transfers (even SCA transfers) finding out so early in the past. So don’t freak out if there is a wave and you are not in it - it might be the person you talked to made an error. Good luck!</p>
<p>madeline: CONGRATS!!! The log-in is for USC admission, and does not give an indication about SCA one way or the other - so hopefully the package will specify when it arrives.</p>

<p>Yeah, I asked about three people about my circumstances and was told the same thing by all three as far as hearing back with freshmen if I am accepted into the SCA. I don’t see why the application would be held an extra 2-3 months if this is the case unless I didn’t make it in the SCA. I’ve combed through CC and other boards and can’t find the experiences of a screenwriting transfer being documented (because it’s so hard to get into), so this is all a first for many people. I hope to get in and record it for posterity.</p>

<p>^she stated in another thread that she got her letter in the January/Feb mailing, so guys, this is not a new, recent acceptance. She’s’s just waiting to find out about SCA.</p>

<p>Hi, yes, just to confirm if there’s still confusion, I was already accepted to USC in Jan/Feb and am waiting to hear from SCA, so my login working doesn’t mean anything new for me. Does anyone know of any backdoors for SCA or are they all for USC?</p>

<p>Sorry for the false alarm! Back to waiting… I was really hoping it would be last weekend, because I am at a convention from this Thursday-Sunday (ironically in LA) and will miss all the fun :(</p>

<p>Supposedly it works the night the letters are mailed out. So that means it should work late tomorrow night sometime.</p>
<p>The first reports of the link working (other than scholarship early admits) last year were in fact the evening of the day the letters were mailed… BUT… and this is very important… some people received acceptances EVEN THOUGH the link did not work. In those cases, it EVENTUALLY worked, just not early.</p>
