So right now I'm a sophomore, but this is basically what my ECs are going to look like when applying to college.

I'm looking at top colleges and I know other applicants have ECs that blow mine out of the water. Are there any other ECs I should take up to increase my chances of getting into a good college?

Very good extracurriculars I don’t think you have much time to do anything else :)

By looking at your ECs it looks like you might be good at debate.
Being a participant in Academic Decathlon myself I would advocate it as well but I do not know if you have time to prepare for this competition.

It all depends on how much time you have. Other people will definitely not blow your ECs out of the water, you are at the very least onpar and probably above the average as far as ECs go.
