Extracurricular Mistake on Submitted Common App

<p>For my extracurricular activities under common app, I had put down a selective activity which I qualified for last year. I had originally planned to continue the activity this year in my senior year, so I had checked off "11th" and "12th" grade for the years of participation. However, today I found out that I wouldn't be able to partake in the activity because they had already chosen team members for the activity.</p>

<p>The issue is, I've already submitted my commonapp to a school for Early Action with my check under '12th.' What should I do? Should I contact the Admissions office, and then make alternate versions of my commonapp for the rest of the schools I am applying to?</p>

It isn’t like they are going to check.</p>

<p>If you are really worried call the colleges and tell them.</p>
