So I have a dilemma. I’m thinking of submitting apps right after my last interview which is on Dec. 12, I didn’t submit the business I started a few weeks ago when I had first started the business since I wasn’t sure that it would be successful.
Nowadays, I’ve been getting $3000 a day in revenue consistently for a week, and about 50k in revenue total in the past month. Should I list this as an extracurricular? If so, how would I do this because my candidate profile is submitted for all schools. Would this set me apart from other applicants?
Hi! That is incredibly impressive. It’s always nice to see another kid involved in entrepreneurship around here!
Most schools include a section in the application outside of the Candidate Profile for if students get an achievement after they submit it. I’m pretty sure it’s the same for the SAO, but others might have to chime in as well. If you can’t find this section, I would recommend directly emailing the schools you are applying to, then update them on your online store, as well as mentioning this in interviews. To answer your last question, if entrepreneurship is your passion, yes it will show, and that certainly sets you apart!
