<p>I like my extracurriculars. I'm not ashamed of what I've accomplished, but I've just never had the vision that some people apparently have. I never knew it was possible for high school students to do the kinds of things I've heard about on here until I came here.</p>
<p>I've played a few sports here and there, I've been to some clubs but I just feel like I absolutely pale in comparison to the top applicants.</p>
<p>You can drive yourself crazy comparing yourself to others. There will always be someone better. The "top applicants" to whom you refer probably have the same feelings you do. Concentrate on your own passions and goals. You don't need to be better than anyone else to be happy and successful. (Does that sound corny?)</p>
<p>don't worry... extracurriculars are not as important as the posters on this site make it seem.</p>
