Extremely Worried about being rescinded

So In my first three years of high school, I have done pretty well in my classes, which have been mostly all honors and tough APs, and have only gotten 1 or 2 Cs in the hardest of the APs.

Senior year, I decided to double up on science taking AP Bio, Physics HNS, and along with that AP Calc BC and I've struggled extremely hard in all those classes.

My grades currently are extremely atrocious. I got an F in phyiscs and I have Ds in bio and calc.

I know almost 100% that my admission will be rescinded and I'm extremely worried about what to do about it.

Is there any possible chance that my admission will not get rescinded? Is it possible that if I retake physics over the summer and explain my situation to the Rutgers counselors that they will understand? I know its highly unlikely and I'm extremely worried and depressed and so I'm writing this post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Contact the admissions people ahead of time and explain the situation. Do not wait for them to send you a letter rescinding your admissions. At W&M, they state that they like to see students taking initiative like that, but it is still no guarantee. If there is a legitimate reason for your performance, they may reconsider, but right now you’re best off looking at all possibilities on the table. Still, definitely contact admissions explaining your condition.

I was actually going to find and contact my admission counselor at Rutgers tomorrow through a phone call and try to explain the situation and see if there’s anything that can be done.

Thank you for your advice.
