<p>So I got banned from Facebook today... which really sucks since I'm heading off to college and was planning on using it to keep in touch with old high school pals... :(</p>

<p>I'm not even sure what I did. I found a FAQ page on what it means when you get banned from Facebook and it says that it happens if you violate the TOS, but I've gone over it with a fine-toothed comb and there's nothing in there that I've done.</p>

<p>so e-mail the administrator guy and ask why it was banned. They answer in about a day or two.</p>

i was banned once for too many posts, they think that you are just spam and ban you..i talked to them and everything was fine....</p>

<p>If you post on walls so much that you are identified and banned as a spammer, then you really have some issues.</p>

<p>Did you have two profiles? That will get you banned. Facebook users are only allowed to have one profile.</p>

<p>Just wait a few days, register a new email account, and get a new Facebook. It's not a big deal.</p>

That's what I was going to do, but I can't join the college network without a edu email address and I can't get a new one of those.</p>

I cancelled myspace and facebook 2 weeks ago. Save tons of time. =)</p>

there were some people that got really mad about it, and there are some threads about it.</p>
