If you’re referring to disability insurance payments, that would be private disability. Often times disability insurance pays what social security disability doesn’t pay to equal a percentage of the workers salary when they become disabled, say 2/3 or 3/4. So does your mom get social security disability and then additional payments from a disability insurance policy?
no she receives nothing from social security, only disability money from a private source (or the insurance purchased when she was working from over 20 years ago)
