my daughter just got accepted today…she had applied mid October

My son received his acceptance today also…and a Magis Scholarship, yay!!!

what were the stats for those who got in EA?

Got accepted today too!! I don’t really have a top choice as of right now, but Fairfield is in the top group!

My stats were:
4.3/5 GPA, Math-680, Reading, 600, Writing-660.

DD has pretty strong stats (2100+ SAT’s, 4.0+ GPA), also received the Magis. For us, that makes Fairfield an affordable option!

I got accepted too! - to the College of Engineering
I have a 4.0/4.3 (A average), 1810 SAT, and do lots of EC’s!

And, I received the bellarmine scholarship!

Very strong EC

Top 2 choices

is anyone going to the magis scholar weekend feb. 7-9??

just wondering if i should go…

I’m considering it. It seems like a very interesting opportunity.

My son is going. The idea of leaving HS behind for a couple of days is very appealing to him! :)

cool… it does sound really interesting.

Definately going. I figure it can’t hurt, plus along with getting insight from Fairfield, it’ll be nice to see a college in action (seeing as I’ve never actually sat in on a college class). =)

Our DD is not attending. She missed a bit of school already due to college visits and the flu. 15 absences and you cannot graduate (State requirement for PE).

Please do post if you attend, she will be lurking, looking for information from the attendees.
