I don't know if the acting will help you since you didn't stick with it (though you might represent it as an interest in film), but it might be something to mention at your interview. I was a double (figure skating) in a tv movie when I was 5 -- I didn't even mention it, but I left it on my resume -- and my interviewer actually brought it up at the end and talked about how interesting he thought it was.

I actually stuck with it. I am still active in acting and directing. I am an actor and director in Wilderness Dreams, and will be staring in a small Disney Film, in 2007

if your SAT, SATII, and AP scores rock should have a chance...however, there's no telling...keep in mind than you're competing with equally/better qualified candidates...it's certainly worth a shot best of luck

The problem i have with this message board is that the people who post here are the ones who care a great deal, and are generally the much better students. So all these high SAT scores do not seem to be a great representation of all the students who got accepted.

hopefully it will work out, I also really love Dartmouth

yo...you have a really interesting life...i'm not going to tell you that's not going to help, but if you add that to decent SAT scores and insightful essays you shouldn't have a problem...good luck!
