Yes, yes you did And I don’t like the thought of having night classes that late.

Yeah and I was typing that post quickly too so I forgot to say “I’m assuming/guessing you meant this…” I’m trying to read a music theory book right now too, so I’m paying half attention to this!

Well I’ve got one class in my major, two for minor #1, one for minor #2, and the last distribution requirement I am pretty happy with my schedule. If P&D was a little later in the day I would be a much happier person but that is what happens when the department pre-registers you into courses.

Two production courses  and a 300-level Politics course :o are going to be making me feel a little stressed out.

Majors: Educational Studies, Sociology
School: Emory University: Oxford College
Year: Freshman

Microeconomics

Overall, pretty happy with my courses. Only one GenEd though but two classes for my major and one for my minor. Another one to see if I would like Comm Disorders, as a sort of test.

It kinda sucks though, cuz next semester I’m going to have to take Stat 1100Q (not a math person at alllll) and Bio. >.<

Freshman Connmunication Skills 2- TuTh 2:00 PM-3:15 PM
Historical Survey 2- Mo 5:45 PM-8:15 PM

That’s 18 credit hours overall. I’m pretty happy. I managed to get my classes to be on tuesdays and thursdays and i’m only taking the one on monday cause it was last minute and i’ve had the teacher before. I know i’ll be able to make an A in it. If I took the class on another day it would be a different teacher and the class would meet more often. I’m strongly considering trading out either Develomental Writing or Intro to Afro American History for an Intro to Psych course. The course would be online so that would clear up some time on my schedule. Just no really sure if I wanna risk taking an online course.

I posted this in the other schedule thread that was floating about a while ago but I guess I’ll do it again here.

Major: Classics
Year: Sophomore

Topics in Advanced Latin - Petronius
Topics in Advanced Greek - The Odyssey
The Greek Historians
Ancient Fictions
Latin Composition (independent study)
Philosophy and Logic

That’s 18 credits, all but one class in my major, with both Greek classes online. And no class before 11 a.m.! Its not bad, although I was just accepted into my schools Honors program so I’ll have to be converting one or two to honors.

@Writer1992 - You made the right choice with 1100Q, I hear its exceptionally easy compared to the one I took, 1000Q!

A four hour long class!? That’s horrible! I can’t imagine sitting in a seat for four hours straight. At least in bio labs it’s a hands on project and we get to move around, but FOURHOURS!?

We had 3 (potty so the prof dubbed it) breaks but still from 4pm to 8pm it was like omg @_@

I’m really hoping to test out of Theory I and Aural Skills I so I can replace them with more interesting music classes that are offered later.

@icedragon: When I was at my CC, I took summer classes that were nearly as long as your anthropology course was - roughly 3.5 hours! Some professors were generous though and would give us less breaks and hence dismiss us earlier.

Major: Mathematics and Physics

RQFT and Hilbert spaces clash, so I’ll have to alternate lectures for those. Not too big of a deal though. Other than that, I am happy. I have a really enjoyable timetable this year.
