Fall 2017 Applied/Accepted Thread!

Have you heard from other colleges @potato16? I have similar stats

@Rosekk I got rejected form every UC I applied to & CSULA. BUUUT I just got into CSULB applying through Beach pathways!! (they emailed me an additional thing I could apply with a little while ago)
I also got into CSUDH in december because I was local.
I’m only waiting on CPP

So let me get this straight.
Most people have not heard back yet from Pomona? There is nothing to worry about, right?

@icurryx3 correct. most have not heard back and you don’t need to worry. they’re just going to take FOREVER TO EVER REPLY BACK.

Hi all, I have a friend who applied for Bio Eng and has been at “ready for decision” for months now. I just got accepted yesterday for business, so does anyone know if there is any correlation between majors and acceptance or is it completely random? Also, congrats to those that have been accepted! Thank you

@alexjld transfer or freshmen? I know some schools are trying to get most if not all freshmen admissions out by the second week of April, Transfer I have no idea I’m tripping about that

Hey guys, if someone I know applied to Pomona for Biology and still has not gotten in even though other people are. Is there still a chance that they can get accepted at a later time or are all the acceptances already out?

Sorry for not specifying, he’s an in-state freshman. Thanks for the info, best of luck to ya

My son got accepted today.

It has been waiting for decision since 12/06.

Same thing for us. Comp science and waiting since December.
Wonder what the school will actually be like if this is how they handle admissions.

I’d call at this point. These decisions are tough, and to not even know if you’re offered admission this late in the game really makes all of this so much harder.
