Hi! I didn’t see a thread for this yet, so I hope its ok to start one. Two of my son’s good friends got accepted today - one for Business Administration and the other for Econ.
I don’t know what their stats are - but just wanted to say good luck to everyone and maybe start checking your portals 
My son is (im)patiently waiting for Computer Engineering.

Also got into Northeastern Oakland yesterday.
Live chat said the financial aid package for CPP will come out on March 27’s week.

My daughter has not heard back (local Socal applicant).
Son accepted for Bus/Mktg, 3.5 GPA. CA but not local. Was surprised to hear so early.
Son was accepted to Business Admin. In state, not local.

Congratulations for your son and being a competitive applicant. Not to be nitpicking but the maximum CSU GPA is 4.4. A CSU GPA of 4.6 is not possible with the 8 semester Honors point cap unless many of the a-g courses were P/F or CR/NR. Just trying to give all prospective students and idea of the correct stats in regards to admission chances.
Just found out daughter was accepted for Mechanical Engineering yesterday by checking portal, no email yet.

Is it indicated in the portal what major you have been admitted to?
Yes under New Students, then go to Application Status. It will show it there under Plan.
