Just got the bad news. Son just denied admission to CPP. Major bummer. Cal State Fullerton here we come! The good news is… Cal State Fullerton dorms have a lovely sand volleyball court, and my son is an avid player. He will be fine!
Just found out that I got waitlisted for architecture (GPA 3.88 sat 1330) and really wanted to take this major but all schools for architecture have rejected me. I will be going to UCR if I get rejected and transfer to a school that offers bachelors for architecture.
@lavarBBB I think you have to opt in to waitlist
Besides fullerton this is the school that lags and lags and lags. Hearing that only one admission officer is working they should get more staff to help out. This isnt working. Only like 1 or 2 people hear per day or what?
I’m still waiting too but I’m not feeling good about it. My birthday is on Friday 13th as well lol
What does Denied, CSU Elig, Not Redirect mean?
I know I got denied but what does not redirect mean?
Nevermind guys. Found out i got denied. Tbh i think that one admission officer is just lazy.
guys i got waitlisted im so sad is there any way i can get off because i really wanna go to cpp for chemistry
i cant believe i have to wait until may for a decision

What are the chances of getting off the waitlist?
Does anyone else’s waitlist email say Fall 2017? Im so confused
@anxiousengineer - yes, my son also noticed the Fall 2017 date when he opted in for the waitlist. SMH
Denied Arch. Fall semester.
Yeah our letter also said Fall 2017. Not sure I want my kid going here if they have to wait months to just send waitlists and denials and then they cant update their form letters? This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth that they dont have their act together. I think I may write a letter to them after the fact.
@bean981 you should because this is unacceptable. i think that one person doing the admissions just gave out waitlists and denials because they were rushing or they were just too lazy to read the applications
its suprising how people with high stats got waitlisted/denied. my friend applied for animal science with a 3.3 and an sat of 1030 and she got in
also seeing how the wave yesterday seemed to be just waitlists and denials on here
waitlisted on 4/9
major: civil engineer
gpa: 3.78
sat: 1270
i called them this morning regarding getting an appeal if you’re on the waitlist and they said that you can only get an appeal if you get denied. so for the waitlists, you just have to wait until mid may and hope that there’s an open spot. getting off the waitlist is also by stats, so higher stats mean higher chances of getting off the waitlist.
