Family housing?

Can anyone suggest some schools with family housing for married undergrads that accept sophomore transfers? I'm applying to UNC and UVA, but I'd like some other options since those are both on the more selective side, and my current school (NYU) doesn't have family housing or affordable off-campus housing, so I want to be sure that I can transfer out.

Most public universities have married student housing. Take a look at your in-state public universities and see what is available.

I’m in NY state, so I’d rather not go to any of my own state schools - also, I don’t think any of the SUNYs have family housing, although I’ll double check.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah, confirmed - my state schools don’t have family housing.
Does anyone know of anything else?
I’m having the hardest time figuring out where to apply.

Cornell has family housing. I used to live there.

Since you are in state, check out the state divisions at Cornell, and see if you can find your major (or something like it).

Unless your spouse is made of money, or your family is going to help you pay for your education after you are married, in-state is probably your most affordable option. Take another look at the SUNYs. Not all of them are in un-affordable locations for off-campus housing.

I actually lived in Cornell’s family housing as a kid. But, I think it’s much too selective. I was waitlisted when I applied last year, and now my college GPA (3.175) is probably too low.
