<p>I have a distant relationship to a famous alumni at a prominent LAC (Class of 1929). He is my father's great aunt's cousin. I know that sounds pretty hard to believe, but my dad knew him pretty well because his cousins lived on the guy's estate. He attended family get-togethers, parties, dinners, and such. Is this worth mentioning on the app where they ask for alumni affiliations? Will the admissions people buy it?</p>
