<p>Priority deadline for Illinois is Nov. 1 and I still need my counselor to send a fee waiver in for the application. If the fee waiver is not recieved by Nov. 1, I will not be considered for priority filing. How long should I expect it to take for the College to recieve my fee waiver? I plan on sending it this Tuesday or Wednesday. Am I better off risking it with the fee waiver or should I just pay the fee with a credit card. Btw, does it still take a long time for the payment to be processed even if I do pay by credit card?</p>
