How does Caltech and other common app schools determine and grant fee waivers? I've heard of an NACAC application, is that what I need to fill out? On the common app, under "Counselor", it says "Fee Waiver - not started"; does this mean my counselor will submit a fee waiver request form on my behalf? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, it's just kind of confusing. Thanks!

Also, I am applying early action and I am taking physics this year. Is it better to wait and show them a grade in physics (since there is so much emphasis on physics) or it's ok to just list it as a current course (it's AP). Thanks in advance!
