I've lived in the US for over 17 years but I was born in South Korea. My parents have not been able to receive a green card so I'm an international student.
I've attended preschool to currently my senior year of high school in the US.
My parents' income is under $15,000 annually so I'll need financial aid from the schools I'm applying to, which i know is very competitive.

Which is also why I need application fee waivers if at all possible. My school counselor told me the NACAC waiver form would work for me despite being an international student. I thought he knew what he was talking about so I had him fill out the limit of 4 forms for me. When I double checked I found that international students cannot use the NACAC waiver form from college confidential. Unfortunately school is out for winter vacation now and I won't be able to talk to him in person until after the deadlines.

I really appreciate any help you all can give me. Thanks!

I know my chances of getting into any college with almost full financial aid are very slim but I have no choice.
When my sister turns 21 next year, my parents are going to request to attain a green card through her.
