<p>If you mean without financial need, no. Fee waivers are given to entice students to visit campuses. Harvard doesn't care if you visit or not.</p>
<p>You should visit though! Believe it or not, there was a point when Harvard wasn't even on my list of colleges I was applying to...and then I visited. If you're not too far away, you should definitely come see the campus to get a better feel for the school!</p>
