I had finished my application about a week - 2 weeks ago and qualified to waive my fees. A few minutes ago, I was ready to submit my application and noticed that the ‘Check Fee Waivers’ button had disappeared. I made no changes to any parts of my application and or programs. Could it be a bug on the portal site? I have sent an email regarding this issue.

I’ve tried emailing calstateapply, spoke with a live chat assistant on the portal site, and have contacted the chancellor’s office as well as the SJSU campus. 0 responses from all email contact attempts.
