Fee Waivers

<p>I plan to take the SAT in March and I know I'm eligible for a fee waiver, however my guidance counselor says that my school only gives out fee waivers for fall exams. What am I supposed to do? I want to take the SAT(in may and march) and the SAT IIs(in june though)</p>
